CIC Partners Adds New Investment Professionals and Expands Operational Capabilities
Prior to joining CIC, Whitney spent five years at Bain Capital, where he completed investments and financings in the healthcare, consumer / retail and media / technology industries and worked closely with the firm’s portfolio companies in those areas. Prior to attending Harvard Business School, Whitney worked in the healthcare group at Highland Capital Partners and as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company. “We have known Whitney for nearly 10 years and glad he is returning to Texas. He is an experienced private equity investor and we believe his drive and intellect make him a great addition to the CIC team,” said Drew Johnson, CIC Managing Partner.
Mr. Bradford will be joining CIC Partners in a new role as Operational CFO with a primary focus on portfolio company operations. Jay brings more than 13 years of turnaround and operational experience to the CIC Partners team. Prior to joining CIC Partners, Jay worked in operations at Accretive Health where he was a Senior Vice President. Previous to Accretive, Jay was a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal where he spent eight years working on business restructuring engagements.
