Sam's partnership with CIC spans from sourcing investment opportunities, to post-acquisition value building, to business development and implementing growth strategies within CIC's food and restaurant portfolio.

Sam brings over 20 years of experience in business strategy, general management, foodservice operations, restaurant sourcing strategies, including margin improvement and commodity hedging. As Vice President, Pizza Hut National Purchasing Co-op, Inc., Sam successfully led major strategy and transformation efforts, including the redesign and implementation of the national sourcing strategy and operation. Sam previously held senior management and leadership positions with Unified Foodservice Purchasing Co-op, LLC, Pepsico, and Cott Beverages. Sam holds an MBA from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada, and a BBA from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, Canada.
