Amir Yoffe is a Partner of CIC and has been with the Firm since 2002. Prior to joining CIC, Amir worked in JP Morgan's Mergers and Acquisitions group in New York, where he completed transactions in the healthcare, telecom and energy industries. Amir serves as Chairman of Keep It REAL Foods and Packline Solutions Group. He was the former Chairman of L&L Foods, board member of OmniSYS, Combs Produce and BroadJump.

In addition to his CIC activities, Amir serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Texas A&M Food Science & Technology Department and the Alternative Management Center at SMU's Cox School of Business. Amir is a graduate with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a graduate of Cornell.
