Bayard Friedman is a managing director with CIC Partners and has been with the Firm since 2010. Prior to joining CIC, he worked for Bain & Company in Atlanta. He currently serves as Chairman of Precision Aerospace and a Board member at Dispatch, Ghost Metals Group, Qwest Electric, and RMX Resources. He is a former director of multiple private companies, including Stronghold Energy Partners, L.P, Tri-State Holdings, and Willies Grill & Icehouse.

Bayard serves as Trustee of the Mary Potishman Lard Trust. He graduated with a BS in Economics from Duke University.
